As some on here know, we have in GB a worm that is carried by Slugs. Angiostrongylus vasorum, also known as French heartworm. It is a killer to dogs as I have found out to my cost. There are areas in the country that are hot spots for it. Parts of Devon and Cornwall, South West Wales and the South east of England.

The problem with this worm is that you do not know that the dog has it, and by the time you find out, it's too late as I found to my cost. The only wormer that will kill the heart worm and all others is MILBAMAX but please be aware that it does not suit all dog types Collies especially. I used to use Drotol but now I will only use MILBAMAX.

i always use drontal plus; as for eating other dogs poo, :drinks: my dog used to eat her own and one of the old time greyhound owner tolled me to give her more rufage in her diet, so i used to give her rabbits with their fur still on every now and then and it did the trick ???

Cheers folks. With regards to him eating poo, well his diet hasnt changed recently and the 2 labs he lives with have been on the same diet for the last 6 & 10 years but him eating there poo is new in the last fortnight !

Could it be a him trying to be alpha male ? I know some pack animals do this ! ???
