Dave66
If you have a Deben dimmer be careful not to get the polarity mixed up, it blows the dimmer unit And yes, I was the muppet who did it Dave

dusk2dawn
Hello all, i have standard deben connectors on my lamping gear but i have spare batteries on way with spade connection. Which is the live on the deben conector? the male (exposed) or female. or if anyone has any spare ones ill take them cheers Hi mosa, Coming off the batt the inline fuse is fitted to the live (***)red lead this is the one that is shrouded, the neg is the bullet head. You will need Deben part no DA2602 £5.95 for up to 18/20Ah batt to convert between the two batts. This lead accepts the bullet conn and changes to a spade conn. Hope this helps  D2D Edited March 1, 2008 by dusk2dawn
