Big_Sam
What about getting a rucksac and lining it to make you own gunbag? My first gunbag was made of two hiking socks pulled over the gun, did the job
chunk
Webtex sniper bag. It has plenty of external pockets which you can even fit a large flask into. Rucksack straps, shoulder sling, handles. It carries my nv set up with bipod fitted and everything. In dpm or green. I paid about 40 quid for mine from an ad in gunmart. Important thing is its actually comfortable to walk distances with it as a rucksack, Its well padded too. Cheers Andy.

Oly
I'm after one of these - bag & mat...bit pricey though http://www.rifle-cases.co.uk/?cat=Shooting...talker-Drag-Mat that's the one I want but I just can't bring myself to spend the money on it Gone and done it - bought a Blackhawk Stalker Drag Mat and am VERY pleased with it. Well worth the money as from the quality I reckon it'll last me a lifetime! Bought it from optics planet in the end as they had it on offer (http://www.opticsplanet.net/blackhawk-stalker-drag-mat-black.html), which including postage is ~£70...plus didn't get done by customs either! Very happy!

Oly
As a bag it's roughly 4ft 3" long, ~12" wide, and variable depth due to the adjustable straping....but it copes with my 700VLS & Leup 6-24x50mm with plenty to spare if you want. The only thing you may want to consider if length of rifle it can cope with 3ft (min) to 4ft 1" (max) should roughly cater for most guns. It also has an integral ammo pouch, general pouch and fold out elbow patch for us lanky beggars! It's fully water proof & padded and unfolded it is roughly 4ft 3" long (5ft 1" long with elbow patch deployed) and 3ft 3" wide. It has carry handles for use briefcase style, holdall style or rucksack style. Plus it has enough well sewn on loops to attach anything you want to it...built like a brick outhouse!!
