funky
Hi was just wondering if you would be so kind to comment on this imagine this situation you are in the hide and you spot a flock of about 50 to 100 pigeons coming towards your hide. Is it best to let the majority fly over before having a shot at the few that land in the pattern or take a shot at the ones flying over. this happened shooting over Rape
Big_Sam
Pigeon in range = bang. I prefer one in the pot to 100 in the sky.
jimdfish
Dont shoot into the flock. Although it is difficult no to, you can lose the whole lot that way. Waot until they are dropping in in pairs or threes. JDF

nav54
all ways try to ignore the big flocks flying over go for the ones in the pattern but i know sometimes temptation can overcome and a nice high straight driven pigeon is hard to resist.
