webber
Lets agree that your typing is better than your photography, and that both have room for improvement. How this for a sickener. A couple of weeks ago I went on my annual jaunt up to Scotland to shoot rabbits. Shotguns, rifles, enough ammo to start and finish a revolution, quad bike, and digital camera to catch the action for pigeon watch. Neither me oor my mate could make the camera work. New batteries in every was possible, and some that wernt. On my return home, I expressed my great displeasure to my son who had used the camera last. He turned a ****, and that was it!!!! Morral of the story check your gear before you go webber!! Theres always next year to look forward to. webber
tucker
My 9 year old grandaughter is better than me on the computer, she,s a whizz ! But I guess its what you grow up with. The older you get the less it sinks in. I grew up with a fishing rod in my hand and have made that pay over the years, and still am ! OH well, get there in the end TUC. apbuild
Tucker, The new gun looks good. Has it got a fancy new shape of chequering on the fore-end, or is it the piccy? Also, did it come with teague chokes as standard? Cheers, and hope you have a good time shooting it, Rob.
the last engineer
i think your right AP by the looks they have changed it , Tucker did you get those fancy barrel saftey locks with it ,2 brass lumps with a torx driver to expand in the chambers,so say to lock out anyone from your gun other than that tasty looking tool tuck hope she works well for you martin
the last engineer
just one more thing ,when i put my guns into their cases i sheath them in an old sock, just to protect from scratches and the like ,one for the barrels one for the stock and action martin
pigeon master
Tucker, I bet your over the moon with your new gun, very nice if I say so myself. I was thinking of the Browning myself but went for the silver pigeon 28" game instead but I can see the attraction, and the great thing about a new one you know where its been and how well its being looked after. I had my out on my lap for about a week, the wife said are you going daft or do your prefer looking at that rather than coming to bed, I liked the gun loads but when theres a stir down below I had to put one weapon away and get my other out I Hope it suits your style of shooting and I'm sure it will drop many birds along the way. Also, did it come with teague chokes as standard? Cheers, and hope you have a good time shooting it, Rob. ROB Browning have re-designed the chequering, its far better than my old gun. Its not the pic, I have a review somewhere that tells you about it. It comes with 4 Invector chokes made of new top quality stainless steel, you dont get a full choke. The 3/4 choke is marked FULL (STEEL) 3/4 (LEAD). As you know, you use a size down for steel. OH ! by the way I tried the new chokes in my mates CITORI and they fit perfectly, so he is ordering a set. ( 2 brass lumps with a torx driver to expand in the chambers ) Idont know what you mean by this Martin. If you mean the choke key, the bottom of it is plastic and just keeps the key central as you screw in your choke. ( don,t think it expands ) The safety lock is hardened steel ( plastic coated ) and rubber plates each side to protect the trigger. QUOTE :- from review (it has a good open radius and the nose of the comb is set back further, allowing more room for the base of the thumb to nestle in the undercut ). This has helped me, as I usualy have to have the stock shortened slightly but I seem to mount this great without altering the stock . Soon find out ! Going out at 1 o,clock on the clays to put the first 100 shots through it  Yours Excitedly TUC.
