AYA yeoman advice please?

I once owned a side by side that was stamped matador that I let a gunsmith

have for spares when I broke an extractor, he said it would be impossible

to fix due to its age.The guy I bought it off got it off his dad and it was perfect

for years no probs ,turns out that it was an AYA yeoman which was built for

the american market and the spares were readily available, the gunsmith showed

me the bits he had left :hmm:

I have the opportunity to buy an AYA yeoman for just under £200, not sure on the full spec yet, but I am after any advice on them before I go and take a look.

I have one, fixed chokes at 1/2 and full. Good quality and feel sbs but selling it to buy a pump as I use the o/u for clays and want 3 shots for foxes. Not sure what spec yours is, but they're good for most occasions!

Ok , update, its a 28'' barrel, sbs, double trigger, 1/2 and full choke non ejector. The gun is clean and tight. Iv not heard a bad word about them so Iv brought it. pick it up friday and will try it out at the clay ground sunday.
