Choke advice??

I currently shoot a Browning 525, 30", Multi-choked over/under shotgun.

My bottom barrel has a choke with 4 nothes in and my top barrel has a choke with 3 notches in.

Firstly what does this mean, and are the chokes the correct ones?

I mainly shoot sporting clays (95% of the time) but occassionally shoot Skeet and want to try DTL in the near future. Can i use this choke combination for all of these disciplines or would i be best advised to change them?

All info/opinions appreciated!

Nick

you're shooting cylinder and improved cylinder. That's about as good as you're going to get for skeet and is my choice there also.

For sporting and game/pigeon shooting I prefer a little more choke. I normally choke IC/mod for general shooting. If I am shooting pigeons/crows and pass shooting then I'll choke mod/imod or even imod/full.

thanks
