Markio
Heres two very useful sites I use. http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/ http://uktv.co.uk/food Use these often, very good sites. Still not found a decent curry on either though, for that get yourself 'best ever curry cookbook' by Mridula Baljekar. ISBN 1-84309-466-5. ******* lovely! Edit: Venison substitute for beef or lamb curry could be interesting. Edited June 20, 2008 by Markio

v-max
It depends on your venison & what part & if on the bone etc. I have a venison cook book but have used game to eat.co.uk & Highlandgame. I generaly just put a bit this/that in & i also hot smoke it as well.
