I wear safety boots (composite caps not steel) for work and 9 times out of 10 they end up going out shooting aswell. Trouble is, I walk miles (literally) at work every day, then a few more when out hunting and im sick of wearing boots out in a few months. Oly Posted August 14, 2008 Report Share Posted August 14, 2008 Work allow me to buy mine - Terra hiking/safety boots - very comfy, steel mid sole & toe, oil etc resistant sole etc etc and I walk 100's miles in the each year. Had them about 2 or 3 years now - still like new. Excellent boots, pricey (~£100) but very good - plus when I bought mine they gave me £10 trade in on my old boots!
