redthunder
Alrite lads, Botch and i were out the other week for foxy with his 17 on one of our shoots we normally see charlie crossing the fields at dusk at the back of the farm it a small field about 90 yards square to flat for the 243 but ok for 17hmr. After waiting 20 minutes out poped charlie walked out 50 yards infront of us crack the 17 hitting charlie right in the nut good job by the botch. Then out last night with the 243 and botch with the 17 we went on one of our farms called and lamped for a bit but nothing so we moved to the next farm to try and bag a fox as they've cut there weat we lamped all the fields but seen nothing. so we decided to park up for a bit after a fag break i shone the lamp and seen the eyes shinning back nice were in business Botch got out set up the 17 on the bipod i checked with lamp to see if charlie was still there only to see three sets of eyes looking back after a few quiet squeaks one came racing in and we thought it wasn't going to stop i had to cough to stop her 60 yards out, Botch let the 17 rip thump and charlie was down the other two took off like greyhounds we called for ten minutes to try and bring another but no joy so we called it a night at 10.30pm hers a few snaps.
