bigfergie
I'm Interested in doing some pigeon or wildfowling in the central belt-does anyone have shooting to offer or want company on a shoot? Have transport, guns dog but no land access rights. Keen to meet fellow shooters and get outdoors!

bigfergie
Have a couple of berreta's, an older but very nice 687 with vented barrels and a new 686 which is a bit heavier. Looking to get outdoors with all this good weather we're having! I'm from Newlands, south of clyde but know my way around central belt quite well. What do you shoot yourself and are you local to Glasgow?
Nial
I'm from SE Edinburgh but would be keen to get out too, I'm new to this game and am keen to get started. I'd be very keen to spend a day not stuck in the office. I work for myself so can be flexible with dates/times etc Nial

bigfergie
Riggers and anyone else whos available-I'd definetly be up for a bit of wildfowling-have got to the point where I just see 10 pound notes endlessly disapearing down the tubes...on the clays. Happy to provide the supplies in return for an early monrin start and some fowling. Im not around between 17-26th Oct but available anytime thereafter. Geese should be arriving soon! henry d
........... oh and a game licence to keep it all on the straight and narrow Not a pop, but you don`t need a game licence to shoot `fowl, unless you are going to shoot some of the waders(Golden plover, snipe & woodcock). riggers
hi mate i know that however where i shoot you sometimes get snipe and the odd pigeon and wood cock so always better to get one and for five pound its worth it
1a1n
Where did you get your licence. I have tried all my local Post offices. and they just looked at me. I have been on the BASC website and they have an arrangement with The Dunkeld Post office where it will be issued for £7. Not bad but i thought that i might be able to get one locally. However it doesnt look like it. Is this usual or just localised to my part of the country. Hmmmmmm
bigfergie
You can get one at any large/central post office. They might be a bit dusty but they're still obtainable-although pointless having unless you have shooting rights....
