Santlache
Evening all. I've been using my RWS Scimitar for a few years and having wanted a shotgun for some while, I've just purchased myself a S/H Kestrel 20 gauge boxlock ejector side by side with double trigger. Has anyone else ever had/used one of these before ? Anyway, I'll be shooting pigeon and rabbit mainly and was wondering what cartridges anyone could recommend. Cheers Michael

Nice looking gun for the price and I was immediately attracted to it. Mine will be for rough shooting as well so I'm looking forward to trying it out. Floating Chamber
24 gram is enough for a 20 gauge. A nice square load. Anything heavier than this and out of square*, you may as well use a 12 gauge. * refers to height:diameter ratio of shot column.
