NJW
Anyone fancy meeting up over the Christmas holidays for a tour round Fennes. I will be staying in High Garrett ove Christmas and as the ground is within spitting distance and alot of you on here seem to use it I thought it might be a good opportunity for me to meet some folks and see the ground...............only one condition.................keep the laughing to a minimum!!! Markio
Good idea. I'll certainly be taking the Christmas week off and possible the new years week off too (still to be decided!). What dates were you thinking?
NJW
Currently planning to go up 23rd/24th and stay until 29th (as it will be granddads 94th birthday!). If we decide to see him a little later then i may stay on a bit longer. I will have to sneak an hour or two from Mrs NJW as its her family we are seeing but that should be fine. Maybe over that w/e? Markio
If i were you i'd check opening times over the Christmas period (Tel: 01376 324599). But normally they're open on Saturdays 9am-1pm. That'll be the 27th Dec during your visit. Anyone else up for this?

NJW
Brilliant just spoken to Fennes and they close 4pm Christmas Eve and don't re-open until 29th (by when I will probably have gone back down the M4). Suggestions anyone? NJW
MC
See, Markio had already found that out which is why he suggested it. How about 12.00 on christmas eve? There is always Fyfield

Bagsy
I should be able to make Fyfield on the 27th, especially if Richard Ashcroft's buying the tea :look:
Markio
So NJW, do you fancy Fyfield? As it's open on the Saturday it might be more convenient for everyone? You're the organiser so it's up to you. Here's a map: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?client=fi...cdf5b9&z=
MC
Don't answer him NJW, Once you own up to being the organiser the "Organiser buys the teas" clause will appear
Drive By
I'd like to come along and meet a few more of you guys from the forum.
