seisobs
As I am away on Sunday for 6 weeks, yes I will miss Christmas, Yeehahhh! I'm Just back from going round my permissions and giving each a bottle of the amber nectar, funnily enough they all said 'you shouldn't have bothered, you are doing us a favour'! Bah, Humbug. I think making the effort went down very well though, looking forward to pigeons in February.

V8landy
Went round today with my bottle of Wisky and couple of jars of Honey. Had a realy good chat with him and he could not thank me enough for what I was doing. Next time they are free the farm hands are going to drive me round all their fields to show the full extent of what they have on offer. He told me to "hit the crows hard" and just leave them near the barm in a pile and they will peg out as and when they need them for scareres. "have a few pheseants" as well he says. + "have you got a good spot lamp?" need to do some lamping for rabbits. + loads of moles, but dont think a 12g has much ground penitration LOL, told him best to set a few traps. mirokujames
^^ with reply to the moles, the shotguns work brilliantly if u can be bothered walking and waiting. ive shot 8 this year, you just have to be there at the right time. Beardo
i dropped a bottle off to each of my permissions last week - one was in ("that's very kind of you, keep in contact and i'll see what other shooting i can sort out") and the other out (text message day later saying how much he appreciates the good work i'm doing), that's what we like a nice bit of Christmas cheer.
