matthewpluck
My question is my barrels are loose in the action of my freinds Rizzini E 12g! I was wondering what you would recommend to tighten it? The hinge pin recess on the monoblock look a little worn along with the hing stub pins, is it these that need to be replaced? If so how do you remove the hinge pins as they are two peice stub pins and not a one peice tappered bar! Or am on totaly looking at the wrong thing? Is it the front barrel lump for the forend iron that needs welding/soldering up if so what part needs metal adding? And should the job be done with a soft or hard solder of a welder? Finaly if i am wrong so far could it be the locking lug is worn?? The barrel moves up and down, rather than side to side so does that mean it is more likely to be the locking lug! Any infomation much apprecated, Matt. Edited December 13, 2008 by matthewpluck

Peter De La Mare
A vice and lump hammer would sort that out. Kidding !!
clayman
Its a straight forward gunsmith job, get a service at the same time. Any competent gunsmith will do it, and most gun shops can arrange the repair if they dont have an in-house repair man, so just go to your local gun shop.
