white fox
Well cooky - you should consider how many people visit this great forum. Then it depends on what you are selling and who is your target. If it is exactly the people who visit this site, then Teal has done all your work for you. Then work out how many products you have to sell to cover the the cost of your advert and start making profit, it should then be an easy decision for you to accept or decline Teals offer
Snotty
It's a very easy decision, would the resulting increase in your profits, minus the 30 quid, justify the extra work involved
old rooster
Sounds like good value but I'm not sure he would want to advertise my stuff on here
cooky
all i done was advertise my new site in a post the max forum cost is $75 dollers per month and then what ever he pays for his site hosting which isnt worth it when its covered in the cost of the ipb hosting also the site is only a 1.3.1 version old site software anyone wanting to advertise on my site in there posts are FREE im not in it for the cash im my eyes if you build a forum YOU are responsible for the cost and 1 post in a person topic isnt going to kill you unless your in it for the cash Edited January 22, 2005 by cooky

Cranfield
To pay that sort of money, you have to have something worthwhile to advertise. I agree with you Cooky, your site isn't worth advertising for that cost.
