alfa taf Posted December 26, 2008 Report Share Posted December 26, 2008 I would like to greet you all and introduce my self. I am new at the site-and this computer lark- but not new at shooting. I have in fact been rough shooting in Greece where I come from-I live in Athens- for over 50 years!! Clay shooting is my new addiction and I must admit I spend more time with Clays than rough shooting, maybe because I am getting on!! I was very glad to find this site A because I find quite interesting to compare shooting in England with shooting in Greece and B it reminds me of the happy years I spend in England as a student in Leeds University . The only thing I regret is that I did not do any shooting while in England since I thought as a young man I had better things to do in my spare time!!! To come back to shooting there are quite a few differences in Laws and Regulations as far as shooting goes. We for instant are not allowed to use any form of decoys or electronic sounds , and pigeons or rabbits are not hunted all year as they are not considered pests maybe because they are not as many as they are in England.
