AdamW
Right guys n Gals, In the next couple of weeks I going to be in the market for a new .223 to replace the Howa 1500 synthetic that I currently own, the Howa for me is just too heavy to walk the fields with... and so will be up for sale..... or pxed So, for something lighter... Tikka T3 lite seems the best so far, any others I should consider...? Help.. Adam
garyb
I fancied something that didn't have a T3 badge on it.. Don't get me wrong their fantastic rifles, but every tom **** n harry has one (probably for good reason mind) Ended up going for an RWS <Titan> 3 and after some inital trouble (proven to be mod + ammo issue - http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/ind...;hl=T8+trouble) I'm in love with it Their distributed by RUAG - more info at http://www.jagd-shop.at/english/produkte.html

garyb
Oh not sure tweedle mate.. The barrel is stamped as RWS, but I guess it could be Rössler Waffen Austria if what your saying is true  There's a review on them here - http://www.ruag.co.uk/resources/files/Titan07%20(3).pdf

AdamW
Guys, Thanks for the replies, I have had a search on the net at both the RWS and the Mannlicher, both look good, But I think I have set my sights on the T3, I just have to wait for the cert to come back now.... Also, as a side... is it worth me selling my howa with mod, or keep the mod ready for the T3 or sell both and buy both? Adam
