Blackbart
Well you could sit on the couch with a plaster on watching jeremy kyle or you could sit in a hide with a plaster on shooting pigeons
tiller
It'll be better before you know it. but if it gets to the stage you can move about enough to be in a hide and dont need a 4x4 to get you in it let me know and i'll chauffer you
Dave-G
Hard luck there mate, like someone else said let the farmer know you busted an ankle and can't lug any gear for a bit.
Ozzy Fudd
i got my first gun licence 6 weeks before i broke my ankle, broke it on halloween a couple of years ago. looked out of the window the next morning and there was 6 pheasants in the field in front of the house within shotgun range of the front door.... still, i shot 3 ducks 2 weeks later when i still had the cast on, so dont give up hope, see if they can give you a fibre glass one with a rubber shoe!
