Billy.
My FEO doesn't like the ones printed off the net, he prefers the proper ones. Not to upset him... I just got mine from the local nick.
RhiannonBW
I phoned up to check which area I needed to use as I am right on the borders of West Mids and West Mercia, gave my address to the nice lady on the phone and the form was sent out to me first class, arrived the next day. holly
i rang my local police HQ to get the name and address to send the form to she said it would simplify matters if she sent me one of theres for me to fill in was also told that if i have never used a shotgun i was wasting my time and would be refused . apparently i need to have been taught the safety side of things handling etc ( i have shot air guns only for30+ yrs) so i need to do some urgent clay shooting
Guest
"My FEO doesn't like the ones printed off the net, he prefers the proper ones. Not to upset him... Strange, my feo praised my "use of technology" in getting a certificate, not having to apply for a pack and I even talked to him about updating the firearms section on the Kent Police website to add a special section with Firearms documentation. How about that for understanding. Edited February 2, 2009 by Guest

Don't worry if it was one at the station, when I went to hand in my SCG application aty my local station they thought it was illegal to apply for shotgun licence so after explaining the rules to them for about half an hour the decided to send my form off. If it was a local bobby who you spoke to trust me they haven't got a clue, even my FEO said that.
