smcgreg1
Have you tried to contact Chris via phone or email? If you are able to leave the wings in instead of taking them out when you are finished maybe look for a more permanent solution like a glue or studs/staples solution? mag357
When fitting wings, press in the body just below the wing slot, fit the wing fully home and allow the body to spring back and grip /trap the wing. If the slot is too wide (it should be just a narrow slit) then quite possibly the wing s can work loose.Once fitted leave them in and dont keep taking them in and out. Made some floaters up myself and found no problem even in 30 mph winds.

Greenhunter
If you want one to use as a bouncer either the Glider or Floater will do the job. I use Gliders on the ones I make and I've had no complaints yet! Mr Green is fairly slow to fill his orders or communicate with you.
