markb
Just out of interest, picked up some winchester 22 sub's the other day, just had a chance to try them out on a target this afternoon, well, surprised me but I was getting much tighter groups with the winnies than the ely's at 50 meters, only shot ten of each but the ely's were all over the place, infact if it had been a head shot on a rabbit I would have missed 3 times with the ely's, the winchesters were mostly touching but even the ones that weren't were still inside an inch, I'll give it another go tommorow see if it repeats again, if so I will be buying winchester for a while

Zapp
Funny things 22lr rifles. One CZ 452 silhouette will keyhole eleys at 75 yards, another will "pattern" them. Find what your rifle likes and stay with it. Mine likes Eleys and RWS (it's a 452 silhouette) ZB
realtreedave
my cz452 groups well with both eley subs and winchesters, but the eleys group noticably tighter,my mate has an almost identical rifle and his prefers the winchesters .just use what works best in your rifle
