Sunday being the first day iv had off in a few months found my self a few jobs to do, get abit of money in as leaving school very soon Found all my stuff in the back of the shed and got down to the local lake around 1ish and packed up about half 8, 9ish. 1st; 2nd; 3rd; 4th; 5th; The lake; All in all a very enjoyable days fishing, dont know the exact size's as didnt take scales with me.. samw Posted May 14, 2009 Report Share Posted May 14, 2009 unless you are polish as they have started eating the carp out of lakes , signs have had to be put up (in polish) telling them not to i know what you mean mate we have a flight pond for ducks in the season it gets closed about 2 weeks before the season starts to give it a gd chanch to let things calm down and to top up the feed spots the pond was close two weeks before like it had for the last 7 years we went down at the start of last season and there was about 6 polish fellas in boats with a great big net between them since then we put loads of signs in polish telling them its closed and not to enter cheers sam Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
