Dead-Eyed Duck
Hi Micky What do you think about the gen 3 - looks a bit cumbersome..... Is it a "Let them come to me" tool, or do you use it whilst walking and covering large areas? Don

barrelsniffer
Hi Don..i usually set up in one place and call for a come in.but not to bad for walking either, but prefer to sit a wait, good scope but still prefer the dedicated nights scopes i use too. barrelsniffer
also use a gen 3 monocular for the scanning, which is easier, and safer as dont agree with pointing rifles around esp in the dark.then when u spot charlie, and ur tracking his movements, only takes a sec to get behind rifle for the shot.
