rickyspringer
Hi all thought I'd advertise my up coming litter, want to see if there is much interest in the breeding, I'm getting my bitch lined when she's next in season, Sep or Oct...could be later... Well I'm having a Newflame Dog put to her who is a FTW,he was sired by Kipperige Jasper, both dogs well known for retrieving like a lab. Ringo the impending stud is a true old style stamp of a dog,who has the credential of being 100% sound as he's done well on the trialling circuit, full of colour and B&W. My Bitch is coming on nicely, we bought her as a family pet, but she is such natural - biddable bitch I got her doing what she likes to do best, shes a small, dynamic little bitch, who is fearless and doing well...she's my comanion when out rough shooting and also a great little beating dog. She is also a heavily marked B&W springer, her pedigree isn't brimming with FTCH's but the foundations are there. This litter will be "rytex free" pups will be Bold, very Biddable,Nice Temprements and should be ideal companions when out shooting. If you are after a pup with alot of white, this litter isn't for you, Let me know if your interested, bitches will be going for £375 and dogs £350...all docked a dewed.with relevant paperwork and chipping. I can assure you they will be raised to the highest standard. :good Let me know if your interested, The Kindest Of Regards RS
Spaniel
Newflame Jedi is a nice marked B&W Springer. I was speaking to Glyn ref a pup from him a couple of years back but sadly he lost the litter at the time so i never managed to get one, but his pups always have lovely markings etc.. God luck with the pups

Spaniel
No problems at all, just personal choice between Both mine have Rytex in them and i was unlucky not to get a Newflame Bitch at the time i was looking
rickyspringer
Steve B there is nothing wrong with rytex, look at how many championships dogs from rytex lines have won, its all persoanl preference, google rytex free and make up your own mind, but its persoanl preference, people could say the lines in my future pups are ****e, but i'd beg to differ. Do not worry mate, I'm sure the pup will be spot on, and to be honest most springers out there have rytex and badgercourt in them, don't hear many people complaining. In fact, my previous two springers bitches have been the same (by coincidence mind). Would have no problems going this way again, in fact it would be my preference. gdunc
he was sired by Kipperige Jasper I've a Kipperidge bitch who was sired by Jasper and I saw him at a fair last year and he's still going strong! My bitch is a FTW so his lines are producing useful dogs!!
rickyspringer
He's still going strong, how old do you think he is gdunc, supposed to be a cracking dog with unbelievable retrieving skills, I am happy his lines seem strong, thats what I am after, thanks for the comment, fancy having a pup off me later in the year haha
gdunc
He's still going strong, how old do you think he is gdunc, supposed to be a cracking dog with unbelievable retrieving skills, I am happy his lines seem strong, thats what I am after, thanks for the comment, fancy having a pup off me later in the year haha I think Jasper is over 10 now - I think he may have ran in the CLA last year! I was gutted there when my bitch out of him failed to take but I've bought another pup who'll hopefully come on and run in trials. You should give Adrian Slater a call - I'm sure he'd be happy to talk to you about Jasper and his progeny as he's a top bloke! He described my bitch's ability and character to a tee and he hadn't seen her since she was 8 weeks but was exactly like her dam.
rickyspringer
thanks, I may get his number and give him a call, i think he is older then 10 though because Ringo his son,the dog i am putting through my bitch is 9.... if you don't mind me asking what is your bitch like which is out of him??? temprement,biddability... I have spoke to a number of people who have pups off the stud and they are supposed to be real naturals, thats what I am after in my pups. gdunc
Yes he's definately over ten but I'm not sure exactly how old he is. He didn't run the CLA last year, Adrian ran Kipperidge Wanda, but was running it up until recently. For what it's worth Adrian reckons my bitch is more like her dam, Pyecross bred, and she's a superb dog. Soft in temperament but really hard hunting - can be hard to hold onto but always honest to commands and a superb game finder. I've used her walked up, on the grouse, in the hide (duck, pigeon and geese) and on the peg (her least favourite type of work) and she's rarely put a foot wrong. She's won a number of novice awards a win in trials. I'm very much looking forward to working with her this season (grouse ain't far away!) as she's my allround dog whilst I keep my cocker back for trials. Sorry for going on a bit, she's just such a good dog!
rickyspringer
its nice to hear someone proud of their dog, is the young cocker in question the one you have been training with wullie, I am going to keep 1 or 2 bitches back for myself out of this intended litter and run them on in trials,
