Hello.

My name is David Pinto. I live in Montreal, Canada.

My main purpose in joining this forum is to be able to pass on an article about cooking pigeons, which appeared in the October 9, 1958 issue of The Listener, a now-defunct publication which was published by the BBC.

If you are interested, I would post the recipe in full -- it only runs a hundred words or so.

As it appeared in 1958, it is not, of course, available online.
