Topgunners
Well after reading the hard luck stories coming from Hertfordshire, I have invited a couple of shooters to come and have a day out with us. Upon leaving Wales this afternoon I had a quick fly round a number of my permissions to see what had been cut and what the pigeons were up to. A number of farmers were combining and pigeons are all over the place. The best news was that the last call I did was a pea grower and he had just finished 3 fields today and there were a good few dropping in at 7.00pm tonight. I think that has got to be our first call tomorrow morning. If no joy , then onto the wheat, rape and barley stubbles.
