Highlander
Morbid I know and nothing to do with the posts about red meat and cancer but I've just read in a not so old shooting mag that you can't bury animals any longer. So for all you barrack room lawyers out there...does that apply to deer, birds, rabbits and/or bits of? And what about my old dogs (no not the wives although there's a thought)? Used to be able to bury old faithfull in the garden (some do that to the wife I hear) and I'm almost sure you could bury humans in the garden (maybe needed planning permission or some such). Is that all now another no no? On the other hand...who's to know. Mate of mine reckons if Tony Martin had done the job propely and then put the b******* who broke into his place six feet under nobody needed to know and who'd cared anyway. Riothedog
I walked into the house last night with a sheep under my arm. I said "I just wanted to show you the fat, ugly pig that I've been sh***ing for the last 5 years". The wife said "That's not a pig, that's a sheep" I said "I wasn't talking to you!" Go on, laugh, you know you want to.... RTD :(

jim_whitson
That law only applies to livestock - i.e. not to wild animals. You can still bury deer offal, covids &c. as long as you do it properly (e.g. a proper dead pit).
