roadkill
I have just skinned three rabbits to make up some bunny burgers and my little lad was very interested . So i have saved the liver and kidneys and put them in the fridge for tomorrow lunch . What can i knock up with the livers and kidneys that will do them justice and make my sons mouth water for more. cheers roadkill
spider72
Something I do with deer liver is to thinly slice, shake the slices in a bag of seasoned plain flour (whatever you like as seasoning) and flash fry in a hot pan for a few seconds each side. Add a few onion slices and stick it in a sandwich, lovely!! Kidneys? usually slice in half and fry in the pan with a little salt and pepper, cant beat it. There are more complicated recipes but I think simple is best. Enjoy
John_R
I enjoy eating rabbit livers and kidneys more that the rest of the meat! I just cut them into pieces and fry along with finely chopped onions, and have a chunk of brown bread with it.

henry d
For the kidneys try them Devilled ! For the Liver Pate of course, just leave out the olives, I wouldn`t think they would work and may detract from the delicate flavour.
