Steady
A very accurate gun(German) with a first rate barrel. Not very powerful ( ~10ft lbs) by modern standards but can be tuned.Becoming quite sought after and collectable. They made a target version with diopter sights, so thats how good they are. Some guys used to tune them and use them for Ftt comps in the early '80s. Edited September 2, 2009 by Steady
alexr
I've got a 333 which I got in 1983 in Manchester air guns. The 335 was its up market big brother. Both were very accurate. micro rifling and choked barrels. Quite unusual in a gun that cost less than £100 back then. Lovely bit of kit. Still have the 333 and it still kills the occasional squirrel at my fathers place. The only worry was that the stock was not always attached well to the action. The bolt that goes up through the front of the trigger guard into the underside of the cylinder strips, so watch for that.
bruno22rf
shot my longest range rabbit, airgun wise, with one of these (mine was a 335 "s") about 20 years ago-so accurate that it was boring! dont see many about now so could be a wise investment for the future? rimfire4969
I still have an Anschutz 335, my Dad bought it me for my 14th or 15th birthday about 25 years ago. Its in the loft with lots of other bits and pieces. To be honest i had forgotten about it, but not about the hours i spend in the fields knocking over rabbits, pigeon and squirels with it. God i loved that gun So now i have a new hobbie, finding my 335 in my very full loft and setting about getting it as good as i can, then i will give it to my son who i hope will love it as i did
