If you go for a semi auto go for a 28" or a 30" if you go for a o/u as for chokes most autos are multi chokes but don't go tighter than 1/4 & 1/2 with a o/u unless you shoot trap that is, i have 1/4 in my auto and it kills every bird on a sporting shoot. but not every time

Hi all i have one farm on my FAC i can use my FAC rifle on & now have had permission to shoot on two more farms will i have to pay a fee to get the new farms (land checked & put on my FAC) as i have just got my FAC i don't want to push it & ask for an open certificate.

I have shot clays for many years with a o/u & made the switch to a Beretta AL391 auto last Feb should have done it a long time ago, I can shoot it all day as no recoil hence my scores have creeped up , easy to swing etc, have a look on www.guntrader.co.uk I would go for a 28" Beretta AL391 sporting

Hi guys i have put in for my FAC & the farm i shoot on has been passed for .22 rimfire a few years ago. Now i have put in for a .22 .17HMR & a .222 will the farm have to be inspected again? & when the FLO does the land check do you normally go with him ?

Looking to get a BSA 8 gun extra deep with lock top gun safe if any of you guys out there have one could you do me a favour and measure its height ( from the floor to the bottom of the lock top) it gives the overall measurements on the BSA web site but not the locking top dimensions.

Hi all, going to go for my FAC soon for rabbit/crow & fox control 17HMR for the rabbit/crow problem but don't know what cal to go for for foxes i was thinking of a .222 or a .243 what do you guys think any advice would be appreciated . Also when i apply for my FAC what amount of ammo should i request to hold?

I bought a Beretta AL391 sporting about a month back after years of shooting a o/u, fantastic gun for clays :( can now shoot 200 targets with no recoil pain problems. Just remember if you now shoot a 30" o/u go for a 28" semi .
