Best way is to either look around and see where all woodies go to roost normally in woods and go sit under a tree with plenty of pigeon dropping below and wait for them to come roost, or take em out the dirty way shooint em off the barns

i was thinking of going out tommorw, but wasn't sure if there would be many about. Exleast we got the balls to go out in cold eh

i got the standard supersport 1.77 and its is a good gun, I do admit there is abit to much recoil but that just makes it feel abit more like a real gun.

GJ i got two 3x9-40 AGS scopes for £40 each does the job for me.

Thanks went out today and clouted 3 ferals in the head.

I use mainly my BSA supersport 177 and its my first 177 gun ive always had 22 with elly wasp pellets but for 177 ive been told you need abit more weight in the pellets for hunting, any advise on any good 177 pellets for vermin. Ive been using accu pellets and have nearly finished the tin so i need to get some more soon. Thanks for the help

like said above its the shooter not the gun most of the time. If u got a decent gun then its normally able to shoot further than the user can. Just see how far you can hit a tin can from 100% of the time, and happy huntin

BSA Meteor maybe not the best for accucary power or any of that. But its what ever one uses to start off lol.

surely killing a bird in ur garden is classed as protecting public health dirty feral pigeons, and if that pigeon was shot in the neck then it would of died almost instantly. Stupid ******* townies should just get over it and face the real world. Ive been shooting since i was about 12 and it aint done bad to me. Maybe they should look at there own kids shooting at other kids and carrying knifes. Not some poor man teach his son some real stuff unlike the **** they teach u at school.

My friends mother is a butcher and i some times sell them rabbits and woodies but not much money for it. Your talking like £1 for a rabbit lol. Although i have seen them at the farmers market other day and they sold for £5.70 for two rabbits.

Your opinion, I use both 177 and 22 just depends on where im going if i know i might take some longer range shots then i use 177 but close up jobs 22. Can't go wrong with either cal

i recently got a supersport 177 had it about a week and i love it. the accarcy is ace i hit a tin can at 65-70 yards 11 out of 12 shots and toke a rabbit out at 40 out in the fields 2 days ago. I did make the trigger lighter tho.

i would say never buy from LADDS gun shop in credition i brought a bsa air sporter and the piston broke 2nd day i used it and 3months later and they aint fixed it.

i always shoot them where the neck joins the body, kills them instantly every time, easy to hit and also you can see what they been eating when you shoot them there :unsure:
