Mine is on dry stack at Portland, mate is going to have a look for me tomorrow to check it ain't blown over!
Do you fish from yours?
hi old rooster
yes done some fishing this year mainly just mackerel and pollock but had a few dog fish also, tried for some bass but no success this year. we went out to the shambles but it got a bit rough so had to head back in as swmbo was going a bit green lol

Ergonomically the 410 is much more elegant but not ambidextrous and i do shoot both lh/rh regularly. The Hw 100 is scary fast shot prone left handed off a bipod with the right hand on the lever to reload.
I have just bought my lad a AA S410F and this is ambidextrous and its a lovely gun cant wait to see his face when he opens that tomorrow he is only 12

I am the other side of Burton from Tamworth not far from a little village called Anslow.

I'm about to get into green laning, going to sell the buell and get a crf or wrf or drz.
I have just packed up green laning done loads had ktm 250 exc smokers 250f etc etc been france, spain, uk and it is a great sport but at 44 now I have got scared never had a big of worst was a 50mph crash on Royce clough in the peaks that put me out for a few weeks with bruised ribs
had some amazing weekends in the brecons and south wales some stunning scenary you will really enjoy it get yourself a road angel 7000 and transfer all your routes onto that its a great way to do it but not cheap
biggest problem you will have now is they are closing so many tracks and taking away their vehicular rights you will struggle to put a decent route together

Springfields in Burton filled mine mate
cheers croosy just spoke to springfields they will fill the bottle for £3 so going to keep the cylinder now and not bother with a stirrup pump
cheers
-
A stirrup pump will fill your Air Arms S410 with Dust and Moisture that **** your seals up.
I got rid of my Hills pump i was sick of leaking seals and valves.
When you strip a gun down that`s been filled by pump i was amazed at the **** & Moisture inside the Air tube.
I sold my pump and got a 3 lit 300 bar Cylinder and a 12 lit 232 bar Cylinder. Sorted.
When you fill from a Cylinder you are filling your gun with CLEAN DRY AIR.
I have not had any seal problems since in over two years and i have seven PCP Rifles.
Your 3lit 300 bar Cylinder should fill your S410 about 17 to 20 times.
At about 80 to 100 shot per fill. So Say 90 shots 20 fills. === 1800 shots.
How many times are you going to need your Cylinder filled once twice a year.
Happy
thanks very much for that advise I did not know this may be I will stick with the cylinder then instead
cheers for the heads up

I had 2 d3 and range rover sport same chassis and had issues with the air suspension on 1st d3 a 55 plate model second d3 not as bad just one issue in a couple of years 08 plate I am now on a disco 4 had it new since 2010 so 4 years old in march and never had an issue with the air suspension I use it a lot go shooting in her now and again and always drop to exit height when getting out and back in
the d4 seems to have come on leaps and bounds compared to my d3 models that is why I have kept it and I have no plans to change as it does everything I want it too, good off road capability and smooth as you like on the motorway covered 50k miles now since 2010 and only a couple of issues which was a turbo boost solenoid and a o/s/r drive shaft all done under warrenty.
I took the extra warranty out for the 4th year just in case cost me £950 but cheaper than changing her and loosing a fortune, would I buy another most definitely
obviously its all tyre dependant this short video shows it gets there but better tyres would have made it much easier
