As dekers says, my t3 gets on ppus and the price is ideal. I do also use the hornady super ballistic on foxes with good success(bit more packed into it for that extra knock!) -

The old series we have now has galv chassis and should last a fair while wax oiled in and out - the beauty of a giant mechanic setπ

True. It's a pity the extra time isn't spent on a wax oil on the underside. The one I've seen was from Chester, not quite on the coast but maybe I'll hint in the midlands more!

This one I saw seemed to have more rust than my car that was 2yrs older than it and I never washed the underside?! Hope they're not all like that - will have to rethink my new toy!

Anyone else noticed l200 2006 onwards have a lot if rust in chassis? Viewed one with view to purchase today. Just wondering if it wasn't the best example I viewed or they all have the same trouble?!

Yep...had some 'Russians' given to me years ago. The first shot at a clay ground got some attention! Used the rest of them on pigeons, not a bad cartridge, just use some muffs!!

Came to the conclusion that they smell gun oil...!! Can reccy a farm with tools landing and flying everywhere. The minute I set up, which could be in sheds on the yard or in a hide full of camo, they all take flight with no return for the next two hours!!!

Will give that a read! Prefer the nubuck look but if I can't keep it that way practically then I'll have to go for the smooth look.
