  1. when people commit horrific crimes they should forfiet any human rights, if they were hanged it would not be a problem ! and I would put the noose round there neck and pull the lever.
  2. a bit of help would be needed mid august onwards mainly topping up feeders / drinkers use of quad bike to do this, and I hope you could come beating as well, hot lunch and payment included.
  3. Sorry forgot that bit ! help feeding / watering pheasants.
  4. Hi all Is there anybody who would like to give me a hand on a shoot in return for some pigeon shooting / rabbit shooting / stalking / vermin control / and a cock day at the end of the season, could possibily lead to some paid work later on. only BASC member and reliable person need reply. should live local to Bury st Edmunds area Suffolk.
  5. My prologics breathable chest waders gave up the ghost this year so brought a pair of scierra breathable boot foot chest waders from fishtec £70.00 in sale ,then cut the boots off the prologics and wear the top part of them over the top of the scierra to give a bit more protection work great and still breathable.
  6. If there are that many cobs laying about you should collect them up and keep them as a suppliment feed for when the weather turns cold pheasants love maize cobs and you can keep birds in the areas you want by feeding them the cobs, chances are any deer in the area will soon clear them up if left laying around, we are feeding whole mazie as an secondary food in the covers this year as the cobs on our shoot are rubbish and the wheat is small and lacking in starch and carbohydrates.

  11. OK I Know shooting over rape is frustrating and it will drive you mad !!!!! But would anybody like to come over and have a go at the little darlings that are really going for it on our rape fields, we are just outside Bury St Edmunds, we have one large block of rape about 140 acres spread over 2 fields with 5 bale hides dotted over them and plenty of hedgerow cover and several large woods in the area. as a keeper I do not have the time to get stuck in even though I have had a 47 and a 83 bag over it so far in 2 outings. must be insured and reliable and know what you are doing. PM ME AND WE WILL GO FROM THERE.
  12. plenty on our farm and they will decoy 4000+ in the area had a good day yesterday 112 on rape. and today cut down 2 of the 8 cover crops so that should be an added draw. Area:: North Suffolk
  13. Added another 216 cock birds today so the beaters are over the moon great end to a long season.
  14. 6500 pheasants put to covers 4127 shot so far, as a full time keeper best ever returns, dry spring, good summer, mild winter, cock day tomorrow should see a few more, this year has made being a keeper easy! bet it's not the same next year. but I can but wish.
  15. pigeon rotary for sale with new battery only used a couple of times £55.00 0no.
