If you are using a semi-auto, you have to play around with ammo to find the one that the gun will operate on, but with a bolt action Eley Subsonic for me.

I use Eley subsonic all the time, but my rifle will have more than 5 baffles. I have just been looking at the pictures you posted, and as I said my rifle is fully silenced the mod does not come off it is all part of the barrel set-up, where I see your mod is a seperate item, it is totaly different. , but as I said the baffles in my barrel are set-up the other way round.

You may find, they will work anyway round. This rifle is the quietest .22 I have heard, and these baffles do work well.

I have a .22 rifle made by Bruno that came from Kettner in Germany, it has a short fully silenced barrel with the same design of baffles, and I just went and looked and the are the other way round, the narrow end towards the breech.

I have an important strip to go in, but the field is sown with oilseed rape which will not get lifted to the middle of august. It will be seeded with gamecrop at once, and will be fine for cover for this season.

I am lucky the farm manager puts them at my pens with a forklift, and one fill does each pen untill out and about. I have a small 12volt pump I got off fleabay for about £10, which is handy, if you take small containers or even a 200 ltr (45 gallon size ) drum to the IBC the pump puts it in , in no time, with no lifting. A lot of my pens are not near mains water, so joining into that is not an option. Always remember in dry times, water can be more important than food to released birds.
