When I was younger I could have agreed 100% and have had 4 slices of bread and butter with most meals. Nowadays it would give me palpitations and a headache. Saying that I don't work like I used to do so don't need the sustenance.

It's all food for thought whereas I don't go so much at night as more in the day so would you say that the tablet has worn off by the time you go to bed 🤔
