Hi guys got a question for u were my mum work's (big house) the garden's lawn have these insects that hover about 6 inches off the ground, they look like a wasp from the front and a bee from behind they make worm hole size holes in the ground, the gardener was told by a farmer to put lime on the area affected (big ring of dead grass were they are)so he did and they seem to of just moved down the lawn ]= he dont think they are hover flys so I was just wondering if anyone had any idea what they might be ?

i might of missed it be we dont nkow what happened or do we know and i just missed it :look:

i am kinda wondering somthing ok he ****** up with wether it was a rabbit or a hares to me he should brush up on thou skills surly if u miss place a shoot on a rabbit it would run off an die in pain ? so goign by what some should say maybe airrifles shouldnt be used on any animal i do belive he said that he shoots both rabbit and hare ?? i could be wrong on this thou oh yea i might get throwed up on for saying this so please put me in my place

any thing else, i m kinda looking for a guide on how to go about it, im thinking maybe it be easer to one bit before the other etc ? to the mod that moved this thanks B)

I have decide to build a new stock for my air rifle as my one has cracked (not the HW35 in my sig) i have a good knowledge of working wood, im just looking for some pointers, because there something i have probably forgot about/ haven't thought of yet, so any advice for a first time stock maker ? thanks guys

think it depends were you are, as in my neck of the wood the police will do nothing, they are know for saying they are on your land so you can get ride of them

hey guy's i feel like im getting to now u now and fell safe to tell you this today i went down my mates mum to give her 2 bottles of juice, my dads is a milkman:rolleyes: and i get them for her anyway on the way back i thought i might as well go up the downs and have a nice ride around so there a road/lane about 1 mile long to get to the downs. there these two boys who must of been around 12 -13 shooting in a little field anyway they take a shot at a little crow (there a thread about shooting them on her) hit the poor thing *** and it falls on the road in front of me(well that how I think it happened), I skid to a stop and he still its still alive, I look up and the kids have run off so I shout to them u going to finish him off then and I get **** off u w***** :angry:.so I have a look at him to see if I should , and can see his wing is broke so I decided to put him out of his misery (didnt now what ealse to do) , I stamped on his head. anyway I look his body over and the pellet head hit his leg broke it near the body then kept going and went through the wing. I put him in a hedge and have a ride around to see if I can find them I couldn't thou I felt a bit sick tbh and came home thought id tell u guys and wondering what I should do about it if anything

At the end of the day the goverment dont want young drivers on the road, and while we (i mean u)pay these prices they will keep on charging these price nothing can be done about it. at least most 17 year old are in the city or have bus or parents that can help with work etc i dont but that tuff for me

sorry guy i know it pigeon, it the spell check i got on my luinx pc every time i writ pigeon it changes it to pidgin (it is a IM program) becuse i have writen pidgin more than pigeon so sorry i have no idea were "and im thinking about getting a box for close range's" came from all i can think is it some how got in there when i copyed the text over from writer. so like i said sorry for that im a bit confused on how that happend any idieas ? ps not going ot copy n paste over to this fourm anymore so sorry for carp spelling

i agree with the above post if they fire him they should arrest her for something (not sure what desterbing the peace ??) as they were both in the wrong or u let both of them off in my opion the police were in a sticky situation on the day, they are only humans and can act to harshly/quicly im going she sore an opotunety for cash and is going for it
