    Doctors Fee's

I had an accident at work, and damaged my back/shoulders... at the time I was self employed...I had insurance to keep a wage coming in...the insurers asked for a MRI scan....asked the doc...£400....and a trip 20 miles to Glasgow........cancelled the insurance that day!!!!
  3. Hiya, Thanks for your replies chaps, lots for me to get thinking about there.. I just bought a little OMC Sea Nymph 12 footer aluminium boat, and as it used to belong to my local trout club, it was dragged up and down the slip, and not carried.. .the repairs I'm looking to do, are to the ends of the skids on either side of the bottom of the boat, its purely cosmetic, but I still want it fixed..
  4. Hiya, I'm looking for some help/advice guys.. I have heard that theres a product on the market in spray can form, that is used for repairing aluminium....seemingly, its sprayed on, and is " built up " in layers.... Has anyone heard of such a thing....I cant find anything on T'internet... Thanks in advance ...

    Wheel bearing

Hiya,,...If you can take the old one off, and get the numbers off it, you will find it easy to get a new one online...there are dozens of bearing suppliers in the t'internet....other than that, try Scot Bearings, or Bearing Services... Good luck.

    TRANSIT CONNECT

Hiya, Got to agree with this...I drove one for about 8 months, it was a 54 plate with 90K on the speedo and loved it, great MPG , and it can keep up with the traffic on the Mway....apart from the seats...not the best on the market... a couple out another Ford from a scrappies might be worth thinking about...

  10. Hiya, Selling this JT USA paintball gun for a mate, c/w magazine, and in date CO2 Bottle. The gun is from JT USA, not sure of the model, but its only two years old....so should still be info online somewhere....the mag is an upgrade, its a VL Quantum Viewloader and the bottle is a Pure Energy, 12oz capacity, CO2 bottle. Empty ready for posting, and in date till Sept 2012. Gun in good nick, and metal construction, not a cheap plastic thing.... He thinks there "might" `be a full face mask too, and if he finds it, it'll be with the gun. Mate has gone over to Airsoft, and doesnt use this anymore,...so...£40 Posted would be great...a bargain...Paypal as a gift please, or cheque, PO would do too. Any questions, please Pm me, and I'll ask him. Cheers.

    Most Haunted

Yep, Too true mate...I was at the Live show in Edinburgh a couple of years ago...one of my mates was the "Sound Man" for the programmes "investigators" and got me some tickets....Gawd...4 hours of drivel, and boring stuff...never again...but it was good to meet Jon again..
  17. LOL, you should have asked him what he lived on while filming the episode up in the Sound Of Mull, the one with the Red Deer leg cooked underground....he "Lived" out of the snack bar at the Lochaline Ferry terminal....and THAT leg was taken back to Janets B&B where he was staying...and presented to her, after him telling her ..."Got a pressie for you".. According to Janet, hes a very nice guy, and a very pleasant guy ...
  18. Wellll, In my limited experience, the screw on silencers, one of which I have on my PCP are usually cheaper than perhaps a Bisley or a Theoben, or even a Weirauch, and I find, easier to fit...no fiddling with allen keys etc.. Anyway, have fun looking.
  19. Hiya, I have an HW90 too, fitted with a Theoben silencer...I took it off recently to see what it was like without it...it does a good job, lots quieter...BTW, I've just bought an HW80, which the previous owner had the barrel threaded to take a screw on silencer, cant you do that with the 90??
  20. Hi there, I have an HW 90 too, and a Theoben pump...and have been told by the guns previous owner, a mate who has an FAC, and does pest control, that from empty, each pump puts 1lb pressure into the gun....so...count the pumps, and get yer poundage...tho...according to him, a chronograph is obviously the best way to go....

Hiya, My old Vulcan is in the shop just now, it was shooting about 7-8lbs, and no good for anything...so, a new spring and a service is being done. I've been promised 11lbs plus.. It has a Bisley silencer fitted, BUT, I cant hear any difference at all ... Its coming home this week, looking forward to it too....
  22. Hi Zeb, Just a thought , but, as you have permission on the farm, couldnt you leave your guns there in the farmhouse, or some other secure area , and just drive over to the shoot without the guns.. Good luck anyway...
  23. Hiya, just on the news, a scumbag has been arrested, (28 yr old, Ian Wallace of Paisley)...and charged with Murder...and is soon to appear in court...
