my brother was walking his dog when he came across a tup that had been hand reared the previous year as he walked past it turned and butted him, on mentioning this to the farmer he was told that next time he should give it a good kick up the **** and it would leave him alone .next time out he saw it again and it tried the same thing he grabbed it to administer the treatment half an hour later he was still wrestling said tup and was beginning to wonder who was going to win eventually he prevailed. the farmer and myself had a good laugh about that one..

you need to get your wire to a cherry red then try the brazing rod,also you must have either a ready fluxed rod or a tin of flux to dip the hot rod into before brazing. good luck

we have 2 dogs a rott and a staff both are males neither is neutered we walk them through the fields sometimes on footpaths,if no one is around they will be running free as soon as anyone or other dogs are seen we put them on leads not because they are nasty or likely to attack other dogs but because we recognise that some people are nervous of these breeds. both dogs wiil walk at heel off the lead and both are stock trained, often other people with their dogs see us put ours on the leash but leave their own running free sometimes their dog may approach often jumping around our 2 but we have never had a nasty incident from either side.the truth is its not the breed its how well they have been trained and socialised and another very important thing is plenty of exercise if you cant exercise your breed of dog adequately then your asking for trouble imo
