  9. thats cheap!! wish I lived near, or had a good reason to go there...
  10. its a funny thing... All Hmr Ammo is made in the CCI Factory!!! fact!!! the only diffence is the stamp on the brass and the powder used, as well as the tip.... the difference in tip colours of the hornady was that they made the blue tip for the mach 2 , but never used it... so use it up on the Hmr.. all this said... mine is just as fussy as the rest!! lol.... loves Winchesters... and CCI tnt... 17 grn... the general opinion is that all Hmr rifles, are fussy about the 20grn, until they have fired in excess of 1000 rnds.. my only other advice is zero to 1" high at 100yrds... then your good out to 165 yrds poi.. cheers
  11. I agree with all of the above... even if there wasn't sufficient stands to fill the whole hall..it would have been nice to mooch about, rather than be crammed in like sardines... entrance desk in the hall area, would have helped,as well. It would have had a better feel, and been more relaxed.. but all is good with hindsight!! a lesson for the next, but, you can bet your bum it wont happen..! al.

    Brown labrador

hi, I am not after a field trail winner... I just want a dog to do the usual wildfowling stuff... I have trained other dogs to do different work, but I wouldnt say I was any dog trainer... I have found & contacted a lady who has dogs fit for the purpose, if not more than.. http://www.grangemead-labradors.co.uk/index.htm but would still like to see others, before I choose thanks ..

latest BASC mag...Wildfowling... Article by Mark Greenhough (has a Brown Lab).... see pic on page 45... one in action... in the grand scheme of things... there are less Brown in use, but that is also reflected of the amount in breeding... as there are thousands of Gold & blacks available all over the country..

I know / seen a few in Scotland... & Cornwall.. but a bit far to travel I was too late with some in Herts from good blood line ( apparently..) but parents & grand parents could be seen... but like I say... I was a bit late... I do know of a Lady who breeds for working & the Blind, but has none this year... and not til late next year..!! I know there are sceptics out there about them,... but with a soft mouth & good training, its always possible.. thanks al.
