Beretta 391 Xtreme 2 steel shot vs choke advice
fendrover90 replied to spready's topic in Guns & Equipment
I put bbb through a aftermarket full choke with no problems -
Not much doing across the other side apart from Brent and shelduck and two anoying bait diggers

Still limited by the wish bone unless you put bigger tires on though
-
You can lift it 10 inches it still won't give you any greater ground clearance Only bigger profile tires can do that which is where the suspension lift comes in to make room for the bigger tires and to give more axle articulation

What ?

I'll second that I've seen house dogs stood shivering at the slightest breeze I'd say a lab is a good starter dog for anyone

What's the strangest item you've picked up whilst wildfowling ? I was out this morning on the wash waded out to my chosen spot settled in for a rough morning with the tide around my knees had a nice pair of mallard , pinks just wide again , on the walk back to the sea wall I picked up a yearling bass which was just about expired but gills just moving so I picked him up and layed it in a creek it was off like a shot then realised I should of taken a photo

Can someone talk me through the basics please?
fendrover90 replied to fieldwanderer's topic in Wildfowling
Waterfowl=steel 4s 5s for duck 1s bb or bbb for geese -
I'm now on my 3rd def 90 none of which were sold through mechanical faults downtime or excessive failures I don't know where people get the idea that all defenders are unreliable I've only ever done brakes and a clutch it's true that a hi lux would be a more useable daily vehicle but I doubt a hilux would stand the punishment I tend to give my defender and it certainly wouldn't go where mine can
