As we know back in 2016 the country voted to leave the EU ( please no going over old ground ) ...well round my way that wasn't the end of it according to the lib dems,in fact for the next 12 months they constantly pounded the pavements round here knocking on doors and it got to the point I was fed up answering the door bell to yet another young lib dem foot soldier thrusting pamphlets at me. So the wife wanted colour out the front of house in the form of planters and flowers and rather than pay silly money for flimsy wooden planters from the big shed I used a stack of roofing batons to knock some planters up...along with what I would hope would be a sign to those lib dems to stop ringing my bell! Treated with exterior mid gloss varnish (5yr type oak iirc )...cushions from ikea but not in the pic,unlike the over priced stuff sold in the big shed this will last a lifetime if looked after.

Yes...me, I figured any buyer wouldn't want my name/postcode on them....the name/postcode was done with one of those cheap electric engravers so wasn't deep and some have it others don't because the engraver packed up and I didn't get round to buying another,was removed using a dremmel with fine sanding drum rather than an angle grinder 😁 If your implying they are nicked...they're not,all my tools have my name on including power tools. 😊

Best to have a gap between the decking and wall....unless its at least 2-3 bricks under the dpc or you could end up with damp,especially if water runs to the wall rather than away from it.

Had the same thing happen when filling my aa410... I use one of those best fittings quick coupler do dahs,inbetween the air hose and quick coupler sits a bonded seal washer and that had perished causing air to leak before getting into the gun. If its now ok after using ptfe tape then that was probably the problem.
