There was a lot of pigeons on it when I turned up but when I finished work to nite I went and had a look at some peas and there was a good few on them as well so still in two minds which one to shoot

He is so keen it's mad done some training with the tennis balls to nite in some Spring rape and stuck some in some plough lines dident want it to easy for him lol

Farmer been on at me to sort Corvids out so better weather today picked up 56 shot over wild bird mix would of been a much better day with a good wind packed up at 4.30 cus rain stopped play

Nice one it's getting difficult to track um down around my neck of the woods now until they start showing on spring rape and peas

Had a steady day today on some very short rape about 8 inches tall pigeons giving it a good hammering picked up 56 would of shot a few more but wasent my best days shooting I was hitting a fair few on the *** end I shot it with a nother mate as well but good to get out at um again

They were on the rape hitting the low patches had some peas drilled and some spring rape hoping that will be some good sport all so

Decided to have a go at a few woodies on Sunday good wind for it they decoyed really well would of had a few more if the rain dident start not to bad of a day though picked up 40

Same field as last week couple of us thought we wood go and have an afternoon on um wind was blowing a good un happy days picked up 49 pigeons 1 Corvid

Yea there is plenty of woodland farmer going to show me around next weekend so hopefully so good roost shooting to be had

Went and had a look at a new farm I picked up in the week good few about on there plenty of land to shoot over its 4000 acres so had a go over some beans they didn't play ball till the afternoon shot 50 good to get on um again

Something will come up keep trying

Will have a couple of spaces for sorting the sky rats out shooting over cover crops this will be taking place at the end of February you must have own kit insurance is a must and don't leave any mess behind Marlbourgh area pm if interested

Yickdaz they were very testing some of them really great shooting though it was more snap shooting which I really like and I put the browning 725 through its paces

It wasent just me shooting um there were three of us lol I shot 80 a nother mate got 15 and a nother mate got 48 give it a couple of weeks hopefully will get a few more bags like that when they cut the cover crops

Yea they were good heavy birds even heavier now with steel in um lol fair few young about as well took the browning out for a change as well think I will be useing it a bit more

Took this photo off him today waiting patiently for me to shoot some pigeons he is a very clever lad and a good looker a bit like his owner lol I have high hopes for him

There is a fair amount off rape not put in this year as the cost off rape and chemicals is hardly worth them doing it
