ALL THE ADVICE IS GOOD BUT I WOULD SAY SITTING STILL WOODPIGEONS HAVE ACE EYESIGHT AND GETTING BEHIND SOME COVER OF SOME SORT WILL DEFO HELP...I PREFER THE TREE METHOD AND TRY TO AVOID SHOOTING DIRECTLY INTO THE CROP AREA ..BUT THE BEST ADVICE IS NOT TO GIVE UP AND KEEP TRYING SOMETIMES THEY CAN BE HELL TO TRICK..GOOD LUCK AND GOOD SHOOTING

pigeonstew replied to cant hit rabbits 123's topic in General Shooting Matters
doesnt matter what it is ..string pack up bottles crisp wrappers ..take it home if you brung it or shot it ...crows can be left .....ive picked up hundreds of cases from other peoples shooting makes me mad it only takes a few minutes at the end of the day -
would be interesting to hear how you got on if you try it .....dead ones dont faze them so in principal it should /might work ..there eyesight is poor but there sense of smell is great so a rabbit from another warren seems likely item ......hmmmmmm inrteresting all the same

Which rifle Benjamin discovery or webley raider 2?
pigeonstew replied to Ghostrider1979's topic in Airgunners
had a raider 2 shot for years used mainly on rabbits and never had a problem with it ..only point was the 2 shot system but still was a good all round rifle..personaly i cant comment on other gun ..youll need a pump or bottle tho let us know what you go for ..
