I shoot clays only and only use a semi auto. Had an O/U, but think I actually prefer the semi to it. And as above, I'd find it very hard to believe a club these days would ban anyone for using a Semi unless they werent making an effort to be safety concious ... Ie flag in the chamber etc.... And if they were banned, I wouldnt want to go there anyway for being stuck up nancy boys Ive had no problems so far anywhere.

Pass your test, dont just plan on sticking with the CBT .... the roads are dangerous enough out there for you already with muppets in cars without getting proper lessons to look after yourself. Ride safe

Why use 70mm carts? ... I use 67mm in mine with no issues. Eley First are my normal clay carts ... Just stay away from 65mm .. from what I gather a few different SA dont like to cycle those.

Yeah the Mrk3 has the fast loader which sorts this ... TBH it doesnt slow me down on my Mrk2 Im just as quick now, but watching my RH mates try and load my LH gun which there not used & pressing the button is pretty amusing, its like a game of finger twister .... they get the hang of it eventually Yeah but did it break the clay?

If you dont clean it often, and check the chokes after every outing then you will get problems. Or if your richer and lazier buy a more expensive gun that you dont have to look after as well

I use them in my escort, so if they cycle in mine, would have thought they will cycle in anything .. there 67mm so should give you no issues. Have also tried some 24g recently because there cheaper and bust the clays just as well.
