Would it be possible to have prices displayed on the titles of the guns/items for sale?? I find it quite frustrating looking through dozens of ads that are too expensive, especially as i don't come on often. I realise the sellers would have to put that info on as part of their title but i think other users might find it easier too. Just a thought

forgot to say that there is an air con unit fixed to the property but it will probably need regassing, i ve never had it on as the walls are about 3 ft thick and its always fairly cool inside

bedroom upstairs

basically, the house has a small living room and bedroom downstairs, then there is an outside area where the kitchen and bathroom are, upstairs is a large landing and large bedroom, its on the edge of a lovely whitewashed pueblo of about 3000 people (there are about 40-50 Brits and Dutch etc.) there are about 30 bars, several restaurants, a few shops and little supermarkets.There is also a communal pool which opens for about 12 weeks in the summer. The next village has about 10,000 people and a communal pool and a much larger mercadona supermarket. a little further a field are 2 lakes for swimming and boating and the amazing 26 mile "Via Verde" The property is in Seville province and can be reached by Malaga, Seville, Granada and Jerez airports (although Seville and Malaga are the best) I had planned to put a small terrace over the kitchen and bathroom and eventually a full roof terrace on the house and use the small terrace as a place for the stairs up. there is also scope to improve the internal layout too, i planned to knock out the internal concrete stairs and remove the wall to the downstairs bedroom and increase the living room and reconfigure the upstairs into 2 good sized bedrooms. the labour costs in Spain are a fraction of what we pay here ( i was quoted 5000 euros to put a roof terrace on the property!!!) The property could be used for holidays as is (although a little basic)but with a few grand spent on it, it could be a fabulous holiday home and very cheap too, the property costs me less than 300 euros a year to keep there in council tax, rubbish collection and standing charges for water and electric, how does that compare with here??? any further question, please feel free, i will put more pics on if wanted forgot to say, the property is for sale with the fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave etc in!!

since posting i have checked Asda, Tesco, Sains, go compare, compare the meerkat and moneysupermarket. the cheapest was with moneysupermarket £400 comp for a 1.9 vectra with 8 yrs no claims but i will check with the others suggested. btw the cover was with Esure, on one of the other comp sites Esure were the cheapest but £80 more than with Moneysupermarket?

Surely, if you get a bad sky signal you ll get a bad signal on Freesat as it comes thru the same dish? We just sold ours, it was awful, no channels worth watching at all
