Afternoon guys. Before anyone jumps on my back I have posted it on the trade section! I purchased a sporter for clay shooting last year but have fell out of love with the clays. Been favouring the side by side for the past year rough shooting. Silver pigeon is collecting dust. Mint condition. Must have only had 500 Carts through at most. Would let go for £1000. Any one interested give me a shout. Cheers.

Ha yeah! Went well. Very quite on the bird front at the minute though, as are a lot of peoples permissions. Something to look forward to!

That is sad to read. Up until very recently I had no permission myself and a couple kind gents off here took me out a few times. It was a guy off a forum that pointed me towards the farmer where I now have some permission actually. And for that I am more than grateful. It is a shame that certain people of society have to spoil things for others. I suppose for every good guy in the world there has the be a waster to balance things out. Enjoy your permissions Rob. You deff have an invite mate! Has the shooting picked up over your way? I had a ride round my perm earlier between jobs and it looked fairly quiet from a far. Few crows about. Might have to buy some crow decoys!

Knock on farm doors. Not get any farmers on here.

Cyrus believe me it's been far from easy. I've door knocked, I've sent letters out and I've stopped and spoke with farmers when they've been in the field and just had the same response - thanks but no thanks, we already have people who shoot. Just had a lucky break. I've been trying for best part of a year now. Just proves you've got to keep going.
