Its seems common that the ultralight gold has some kick issues. I use a semi for my pigeon shooting a400 xplor. The gun is so light yet the kick is minimal. I wonder why the ultralight gold give so much kick -

Put a number 5 choke in And start from there. Try shoot some clays to zero in your aim -
If its just for woldfowling. I would kust get a nice semi with a synthetic stock. U can pic them up cheap for around 300 brand new. Wildfowling is a watery muddy sport.

Mate. Shoot couple a week. As long as your eating and respecting quarry. Shoot as many as u want. Enjoy it. People tgst go wildfowling on the marshes shoot 100's a week.
