  6. Not get in the way as such but sitting in a hide for 5 hours with a massive set of ear defenders on sweating isn't pleasant so looking for some that physically go in the ears as oppose to sitting on top of the head and over the ear.
  7. i wear ear defence at the clay ground but not when pigeon shooting as i find they get In way, I've heard good things of cens just wondering what ear defence you guys are wearing and brands to look out for. Thanks

  10. do you mean the land hasn't been cleared for 22 hornet or 17 hmr? I would have 22 lr for rabbits at night and aolq 17hmr for rabbits during day and aolq 243 for foxes and aolq they didn't grant me a centre fire as they wanted me to be mentored

Decided to change my scopes im going for a zeiss on my 17 hmr but the 22 I believe will need a parallax adjustment as I use night vision on this rifle so was looking at vortex optics, taking a trip to rifle craft in a few days as not far from me, Does any one rate Vortex optics? rifles currently fitted with mamba lites.

  14. i seen a guy on a harvested pea field the other day only one in the area and the birds were one after the other its a shame as i don't have the perm to shoot that field went and had a chat and he only had 3 boxes left out of a slab.

  18. i believe there is problems with the D4D engines using vast amounts of oil in which toyota extended there warranty to 7 years if it had done under a certain milage and had fsh.
  19. left work in Yarmouth yesterday driving to Norwich and hardly seen any birds at all there were a few attacking some barley that I seen but certainly nothing to get excited about is it normally this quiet? my perms are the same tbh even though most are rape fields.
  20. I've not attempted it yet I've always avoided it and carried my gear down until I saw another shooter drive through it which got me thinking lol its a 03 rav 4.
  21. Just wondering if this could cause damage to underneath of my rav 4 as the mk2 ravs don't have much ground clearance. grass is waist high.

  23. i always clean my guns but was surprised to read many didn't bother with the 22 and so i thought i would post up see who does and doesn't, yes both had barrel cleaned before first use
